OUR HOMEMADE GINGER ALE

NEW

Kasè Home Made Ginger Ale is more than just a delicious beverage - It’s a natural elixir for your health. We only use natural ingredients such as fresh ginger, nine carefully selected antioxidant spices, and light brown sugar.

All of ingredients are slow-simmered for maximum flavor extraction in a large pot for a long hours. One sip of our ginger ale will tantalize your taste buds!

OUR DASHI SAUCE

SOY SAUCE

Kasé Dashi Soy Sauce is made of premium ingredients at the 230 years experienced soy sauce brewery in Kagawa prefecture, Japan. It is made by combining high-quality soy sauce using traditional methods with bonito flakes from Kagoshima prefecture, Kelp from Hokkaido, and the first stock of salmon flakes.

It is steeped in Japanese flavors with the simplicity and flexibility to allow you to incorporate a distinctively Japanese taste into your Japanese and non Japanese recipes and meals. Our Dashi Soy Sauce can be added to any type of sauces, vinaigrette, marinades and cooking ingredients to add robust flooring to any dish.

REIKA ALEXANDER & EN JAPANESE BRASSERIE

THE STORY

Since 2004 We have been sharing authentic Japanese cuisine with NYC at En Japanese Brasserie… guests often times tell me they’re intimidated to cook Japanese food at home, and will frequently ask for recipes, cooking tips and most importantly advise on how to impart umami flavor.. not only in Japanese dishes but also in their everyday recipes and meals.
