It is made by combining high-quality soy sauce using traditional methods with bonito flakes from Kagoshima prefecture, Kelp from Hokkaido, and the first stock of salmon flakes. It is steeped in Japanese flavors with the simplicity and flexibility to allow you to incorporate a distinctively Japanese taste into your Japanese and non Japanese recipes and meals.
